This work is a project that documents the temporary dwelling spaces of 18 people over approximately three months, alongside interviews with the people who inhabit them.

Each record consists of three elements: the front door, the interior image, and a written text about a future home. The photographs observe each space with a calm gaze, while the uniqueness of each image is revealed through the traces of life left by the person staying there.

Moving from an anonymous threshold to a room where someone actually lives, and then to an imagined home not yet reached, the work observes how the sense of home is formed between the boundary with the city, present conditions, and hopes for the future. Through its repeated format, the work becomes a record of temporary dwelling, tracing the gap between the rooms people currently stay in and the homes they quietly imagine.
