2026<Approaching Home> is an object work that structures the process of arriving at home through a layered form. Although it appears as a single house from the outside, the viewer must open its narrow structure three times to reach the innermost image. This repeated act of opening becomes a gradual approach toward a private space, reflecting both the physical and psychological distance between the city and the home. At its deepest layer, the work reveals an image of a person lying in bed in a dark room, withdrawn from the outside world.
